Raw Baklava

Zero sugar sushi style raw baklava- a true rainbow extravaganza, misty legend among camping communities and just to put it in a nutshell- a nomad`s dream:)

And no- it is NOT VEGAN, there is actually some bee honey inside. So all of the vegan crusaders can very well back the fuck off, there is not enough for everybody ANYWAYZ.

1 cup juice from canned pineapple

2 cups coconut flakes( full fat)

0.5 cup honey( real one)

0.5 cup peanut butter

1 tsp rose water

0.5 tsp cardamom( freshly grounded)

4 sushi sheets

0.5 cup pistachio

a handful dry fruit( red color for visual impact)

 

 

 

1. Put the pineapple juice in a big pot and heat it up just a little( to help soaking the coconut) . Remove from fire. Add the coconut flakes to the juice and stir.

2. Mix the honey, peanut butter, rose water and cardamom. Add them to the coconut and stir.

3. Spread ¼ part of the mixture on a sushi sheet. Put some pistachio and dry fruit. Roll it like a sushi.

4. Cut it and put in airtight container. Keep it in the fridge.
